⅓ cup butter
2 tbsp garlic, minced
2 tbsp soy sauce
⅛ tsp ground black pepper
2 tsp dried parsley
4 boneless chicken thighs, with skin
1 tbsp dried parsley, or to taste
1.) Preheat the oven’s broiler and set the oven rack about 6” from the heat source. Lightly grease a baking pan.
2.) In a microwave-safe bowl, mix the butter, garlic, soy sauce, pepper, and parsley. Cook on High in the microwave for 2 minutes, or until butter is melted.
3.) Arrange chicken on the baking pan, and coat with the butter mixture, reserving some of the mixture for basting.
4.) Broil chicken in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, until juices run clear, turning occasionally and basting with the remaining butter mixture. Sprinkle with parsley to serve.
